The myDPD app offers you a wide range of useful functions.
● Directing parcels: you decide when and where we deliver your shipment. If you arent at home, we can, for example, deposit your parcel behind your garage, leave it for you to collect from a Pickup parcelshop, or deliver it to a different address or on a different day.
● Tracking parcels: Live-Tracking shows you exactly where your parcel is at any given time.
● Finding a parcelshop: its easy to find parcelshops in your neighbourhood. The app takes your current location and uses the relevant criteria to filter the search.
● Managing parcels: the practical overview helps you to manage your parcels and shows you the current status of your shipments at any time, together with other details. Information about parcels already delivered is automatically stored in your archive and can be referred to at a later stage.
● Access anywhere and at any time: register for an account and you will be able to check on the current status of your parcels at any time and from any location.
